Summary
Tuka Luna Marceau is a member of a superior elven race who retains the youthful appearance of a sixteen or seventeen-year-old despite her actual age. She possesses distinctive blonde hair and blue eyes. For a time, she resided in the village of Kowan alongside her father. However, her life changed drastically when an ancient dragon attacked and obliterated the entire settlement, leaving Tuka as the sole survivor.
