Summary
Greta made a single appearance in the anime during the Wheel of Frontier arc, where she served as the leader of the Battle Arena. She is depicted as a spirited, tomboyish girl with a fierce passion for Pokémon battles, alongside her role as the owner of a karate dojo. According to Scott, her role models are Chuck and Brawly. Her only anime appearance featured a battle against Ash Ketchum under special rules where a wheel determined the number of Pokémon to be used. Although battles were conducted one-on-one, remaining Pokémon stayed outside their Poké Balls until their partners fainted. The episode highlighted a running gag about the strong personality similarities between Ash and Greta, noting that both were fiery and dedicated to combat.
