Summary
Takafumi Yokozawa is a twenty-eight-year-old employee in the sales department of Marukawa Shoten, where he is highly valued for his professionalism. His intense temperament has earned him the nickname "wild bear," yet he takes great pride in his work. It was largely thanks to Yokozawa that Takano secured a transfer to Marukawa. Yokozawa and Takano attended the same college, where Yokozawa supported Takano through a difficult period in his life. Although they slept together twice, they never entered a romantic relationship. Yokozawa has harbored feelings for Takano since their college days, a devotion so intense that he erased Takano’s entire phone book to keep only his own number after their first night together. His attitude extends to his personal life as well. He once took Takano’s cat, arguing that someone who cannot care for himself deserves no pets, though the cat eventually bonded with him. He genuinely worries about Masamune and despises Onodera for hurting him or attempting to reconnect. Despite his harsh demeanor, Onodera begins to suspect that Yokozawa is actually a kind person, noting his mutual affection for cats.
