Summary
Tsutsui Kimihiro is a gentle and studious student at Haze Junior High who serves as the president of the Go club. Despite lacking exceptional skill in the game, he approaches every match with enthusiasm and a positive mindset, often relying on a playbook during tournaments to guide his moves. His story begins when Hikaru encounters him at a Terakoya fair, where Tsutsui was handing out prizes for solving Go puzzles found in Kouyo Tonya's book. At that time, he was the sole member of the club and actively sought new recruits to build a team capable of competing against other junior high schools.
