Summary
Mina serves as the captain of the Third Division within the Defense Force, where she is renowned as an exceptionally skilled marksman and a highly capable operative. Her history with Kafka dates back to their childhood, when the two crossed paths following a Kaiju attack. During that encounter, they swore an oath to join the Defense Force and fight against Kaiju together. Although Mina enlisted years prior to Kafka, she was able to recognize him immediately upon his arrival.
