Summary
Tsukasa serves as Hanako’s younger twin brother, harboring a strange affection for him while keeping his true motives shrouded in mystery. The pair were once incredibly close before Tsukasa’s death at the hands of Hanako. He presents himself as cheerful and deeply childish, yet this demeanor can rapidly shift to reveal a disturbing and deranged nature. Acting on whims without considering the consequences, he resorts to murder simply because he finds it entertaining. The twins hold fundamentally opposing worldviews; whereas Hanako prioritizes maintaining a peaceful equilibrium between humans and supernaturals, Tsukasa advocates for absolute freedom of action, regardless of the havoc it may cause. Their roles also diverge, with Hanako granting wishes to the living while Tsukasa grants them to the dead. Visually, he contrasts with his brother by wearing a black short-sleeved kimono over a white button-up shirt and grey hakama, featuring a black seal on his right cheek and wielding black koku-joudai willow wisps. Working alongside his assistant Sakura, Tsukasa manipulates supernatural rumors within the school to serve his own ends.
