Summary

Scorpio Milo is a Gold Saint and the guardian of the eighth temple in the Sanctuary, the Scorpio Temple. Standing at 185cm with a weight of 84kg, this Greek warrior was celebrated alongside Leo Aiolia as the pride of the Sanctuary due to his honor, immaculate conduct, and immense fervor for Athena. Although loyal to Athena, he initially obeyed the false Pope Saga, despite harboring suspicions regarding his legitimacy. During the conflict of the twelve temples, Milo was tricked by Saga into viewing the Bronze Saints as traitors and Saori Kido as an usurper of Athena's name, leading him to oppose their insurrection. In a fierce duel against Cygnus Hyōga, the battle intensified to the point where Milo was forced to use his killing strike, Antares, for the first time against Hyōga. As a moribund Hyōga crawled desperately to save the wounded Saori, Milo was shocked by the boy's determination and loyalty. He realized these traits stemmed only from devotion to the true Athena, prompting him to neutralize the effects of Antares to save Hyōga and confirm his suspicions. Following Saga's defeat, Milo pledged his loyalty to Saori Kido, recognizing her as the true Athena. During the holy war against Poseidon, Milo eagerly sought to invade the Submarine Temple to fight the god's Marina Generals and save the Bronze Saints. However, he was restrained by Aries Mu, as the Gold Saints were needed as crucial assets for the upcoming war against Hades, which erupted within weeks. In the war against Hades, Milo protected Athena and subjected Gemini Kanon to a tortuous trial to prove his devotion, eventually recognizing him as a true Gold Saint. Later, Milo was defeated by Wyvern Rhadamanthys and thrown into the Cocytos prison. In the climax of the battle, he was revitalized by Athena's Cosmo and offered his life along with his Gold Saint comrades in a final sacrifice to pierce the impervious Wailing Wall.
