Summary
Milly Thompson serves as a fellow Bernardelli agent and acts as both Meryl’s assistant and friend. Although she physically towers over Meryl, Milly holds her in high regard, consistently addressing her as "senpai" or "Ma'am" to show respect for her seniority. While she may appear simple and ditzy, she possesses a deeply kind heart, genuine optimism, and remarkable inner strength. She can be just as hotheaded as Meryl, particularly when her family is disrespected or when food, especially pudding, is wasted. Despite her seemingly dim demeanor, Milly hides sharp intelligence, evidenced by her impressive chess skills, though she tends to overindulge when drinking. She deduced that Vash was the notorious Stampede before Meryl did, yet still expressed surprise at confirming her suspicion. A member of a large family, she stays in touch with them through constant correspondence known as "The Milly Monthly." Milly conceals a heavy concussion gun, or "stun-gun," beneath her coat. Her shots, which emerge as X-shaped claws, are powerful enough to topple trucks. On occasion, she has even referred to herself as "Stun-gun Milly."
