Summary
Ouran Nakagawa is a third-year high school student and the closest friend of Kadode. She sports long black hair styled in twintails and shares a passion for video games with Kadode. Her household includes a big brother who is a NEET. Although Ouran presents herself as a flamboyant and sociable individual who frequently rambles about grandiose plans to enslave or bring about the destruction of the human race, she actually reserves her true personality for her friends and family alone.
