World Trigger REBOOT Exhibit Packs Ikebukuro With Life-Size Yuma

Ikebukuro's Sunshine City became a Border checkpoint this week as Anime WORLD TRIGGER Exhibition REBOOT opened Hall C on August 11. Built around Toei's powered-up remake of the first season, the Tokyo run walks visitors through Daisuke Ashihara's opening saga — and official floor updates through yesterday show the rooms are still filling, rain and all.

A preview on August 10 locked the route. After a Mikado City diorama that restages the Large-Scale Invasion and Border's founding, ZONE 1 rebuilds old Yumite-cho Station so guests can pose with a life-size Black Trigger Yuma Kuga and Replica. Tamakoma Branch follows with Yotaro Rindo and Raijinmaru — including the Neighbor puppet used in World Trigger the Stage — before a recreated Headquarters training room and a no-cameras ZONE 4 of never-before-shown REBOOT character sheets.

Opening-day hosts Tomo Muranaka and Nao Tamura, the voices of Yuma and Chika Amatori, walked the floor early and teased their favorite zones on the official channel. Staff have kept same-day tickets moving, even adding goods-bundled passes after demand spiked, and they closed Thursday by thanking the day's crowd and sending everyone back toward those first-look settings.

The Tokyo installation runs through September 1, 10:00 to 20:00, before the show relocates to Osaka's ATC from November 14 to December 6. The last wall is a guest message board for the remake: less a museum exit than a launchpad for the first season still being rebuilt.
