Overgeared's Second Promo Previews SATISFY Ahead of October 2

The official site for Overgeared — billed in Japan as Tempal: Item no Chikara — has posted a second promotional video, a follow-up key visual, and a firm start date: Friday, October 2 at 11:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX and BS11. The new clip is cut to Re:name's opening theme "SATISFY," giving fans their first listen of the song over footage of Grid's blacksmith climb.

Drawn from Saenal Park's web novel and the REDICE STUDIO / Team Argo webtoon, the series follows Shin Youngwoo, a luckless gamer who inherits the legendary class Pagma's Successor inside the VR MMO Satisfy. The catch is a total level reset. Grid's answer is to forge god-tier gear, gather a guild, and let the items do the talking.

Six new voices join previously announced leads Tatsumaru Tachibana (Grid) and Asami Seto (Yura). Riho Sugiyama plays archer Jishuka, with Masaaki Mizunaka as Tovan, Kou Bonkobara as Regas, Masaya Fukunishi as Vantner, Kouhei Amasaki as Pon, and Shunichi Toki as Faker. Virtual singer TAO performs the ending theme "Ray of Emotion."

Ayako Kouno is directing at J.C.Staff, with series composition by Kenta Ihara, character designs by Ryousuke Tanigawa, and music by Yoshiaki Fujisawa. Crunchyroll will carry the series internationally this fall.
