Jubei Kibagami, a masterless samurai for hire in feudal Japan, wanders without loyalty after being betrayed by his former lord. Weary of the endless power struggles between political factions, he encounters Kagero, the last survivor of her ninja clan, whom he rescues from a man who can turn his body to stone. Determined to fulfill her clan's final assignment, Kagero sets out to investigate a strange plague that has wiped out a village. Though Jubei wants to stay out of it, the stone man's allies—a group of supernaturally gifted ninja called the Devils of Kimon—force him into the conflict. Yousuke Obata lives with his father, Tetsuo, a marine biologist, on Pagopago Island in the Fiji archipelago. A storm sweeps through, and while riding his Jet Ski, Yousuke discovers a strange baby dinosaur in the lagoon. He brings the creature back to his dad's lab and gives it the name Coo. As Coo matures, it starts to look like a prehistoric marine reptile—specifically, a young plesiosaur from about 65 million years ago. But Coo's presence catches the unwanted notice of the French secret service, whose job is to protect France's nuclear activities in this ordinarily tranquil region.

After breaking free from her captors, she ends up in a perilous world filled with monsters and evil entities seeking to destroy Earth. Her sole chance rests on the hidden Mask of Zeguy. To protect herself and the planet, Miki undertakes a dangerous quest to find the magical artifact, constantly chased by those who initially kidnapped her.

In Elevenia, a land where soccer reigns supreme, Tokio and his father Amon arrive just as a parade is being held to honor the nation's top soccer team, the Winners. Amon challenges the team's captain, Leon, but loses the match, prompting Leon to transform Amon into a tiny dragon. After witnessing this, Tokio resolves to face Leon himself in order to restore his father to human form.

In "Fortune Quest: Yonimo Shiawase na Boukensha-tachi," a band of adventurers—led by Pastel and resembling a typical D&D party with a Fighter, Thief, Bard, Mage, Healer, and a mysterious Porter whose role is unclear—finds themselves completely broke and desperately seeking work. Unable to buy adventure modules due to their financial struggles, they take on odd jobs to settle their debts. But a straightforward mission to recover holy water escalates into a world-threatening catastrophe that also draws in a white dragon.

In a bleak, densely populated future, an all-powerful government oversees every facet of life. The final ray of hope is a secret organization that kidnaps gifted children and trains them to master their special power of sensing the life energy present in everything. A young girl befriends an older student, receives assistance from a savvy street kid, while her parents desperately wait for any opportunity to see their daughter again.

Lamune and Da Cider travel to Puff-Puff Palace to save two beautiful, scantily clad women named Gold Mountain and Silver Mountain, known as the Mountain Duo. This naturally angers Milk and Leska, who, along with a bewildered and reluctant Cocoa, "transform" into "Seinaru Milky," "Seinaru Cacao," and "Seinaru Lemon." The trio then sets off after their would-be boyfriends to get their revenge.
