Synopsis

Continues the story of Fatal Fury: Legend of the Hungry Wolf

In "Fatal Fury: Legend of the Hungry Wolf," Jeff Bogard, a master of Hakkyokuseiken and guardian of its secret techniques, is killed by Geese Howard, the powerful ruler of South Town, who sought to acquire these skills. Witnessing their father's death, Jeff's adopted sons, Terry and Andy Bogard, vow to avenge him under the tutelage of their mentor, Tung Fe Rue. Ten years later, Geese organizes a martial arts tournament known as the King of Fighters. Terry, Andy, and their friend, Muay Thai champion Joe Higashi, participate in the tournament with the intention of facing Geese and seeking revenge.

In this installment

After defeating Geese Howard, renowned fighter Terry Bogard takes on the formidable German warrior Wolfgang Krauser and suffers a crushing defeat. Devastated by this loss, Terry wanders aimlessly and turns to alcohol to cope with his despair. It is only through the encouragement of a young boy named Tony that Terry finds the strength to reclaim his fighting spirit, confront his fears, and challenge Krauser once more. This story is adapted from the Neo Geo SNK video game Fatal Fury 2.
