Synopsis

Continues the story of NG Knight Ramune & 40 EX: Biku Biku Triangle Ai no Arashi Daisakusen

Ramune arrives back on Earth without any recollection of his past exploits in Hara-Hara World and Doki-Doki Space. The remnants of Gobuhriki have pursued him and managed to rouse the spirit of Don Harumage. At the same time, Cocoa constructs a battle vehicle using objects found in Tokyo. Milk and Leska set out on a quest to locate Ramune and Da Cider in order to prevent the revival of the new Gobuhriki and rescue Earth from annihilation.

In this installment

Lamune and Da Cider travel to Puff-Puff Palace to save two beautiful, scantily clad women named Gold Mountain and Silver Mountain, known as the Mountain Duo. This naturally angers Milk and Leska, who, along with a bewildered and reluctant Cocoa, "transform" into "Seinaru Milky," "Seinaru Cacao," and "Seinaru Lemon." The trio then sets off after their would-be boyfriends to get their revenge.
