The Kisugi sisters—Rui, Hitomi, and Ai—operate a small café called "Cat's Eye." When darkness falls, they transform into the elusive art thief known as "Cat's Eye," stealing paintings from galleries in hopes of recovering works by their missing father, the acclaimed artist Michael Heintz. They believe these pieces may hold clues to his whereabouts. Hitomi finds herself in a romantic relationship with Toshi, a police inspector dedicated to capturing "Cat's Eye," unaware that she is the very person he pursues.

After killing the son of wealthy businessman Leonard Dawson, Golgo 13 winds up in the sights of the CIA and the U.S. Army. Dawson has enlisted both agencies to eliminate the hitman, but as he keeps coming up with new schemes to kill Golgo 13, he steadily drifts away from reality. His obsession with this mission makes him forget the original reasons behind his son's death.

In Tomobiki, everyone receives an invitation to Ataru's wedding, causing Lum to explode in anger, particularly because she is not mentioned as the bride. The situation stems from an incident eleven years ago when Ataru played "Shadow Tag" with a young girl named Elle and emerged victorious. On Elle's home planet, winning this game means marriage. When Elle's representative arrives to finalize the wedding plans, Lum's attempts to intervene prove futile as a protective force field shields Ataru from her electrifying love attacks. Lum's ally, Benten, proposes a surprise wedding to preempt the arranged ceremony. As a result, Lum and Benten kidnap Ataru along with all the invited guests, leading to a chaotic impromptu wedding event.

Following the death of his strict Iga ninja mentor and grandfather, Saizou, Kabamaru is taken in by an elderly woman named Ran Ookubo. She claims that Saizou had instructed her to look after his grandson. Together, they relocate to the bustling city of Tokyo, where Kabamaru enjoys local dishes such as yakisoba, ramen, and chow mein while adapting to life at a regular school full of its own peculiarities.

Crushers are intergalactic freelancers who will take on any job for the proper price. Crusher Joe leads a small crew of these outer space troubleshooters, made up of the cyborg Talos, the gorgeous Alfin, and the obligatory kid sidekick Ricky. A routine assignment to escort a cryogenically frozen heiress to a medical facility goes wrong when the girl vanishes and Joe's team is left holding the blame. Space pirates appear to be setting up the Crushers as patsies, but Joe has no tolerance for being framed and tracks the pirates to their home world. The four heroes must not only rescue their human cargo but also dismantle the pirate operation, which demands a great many space dogfights, explosions, and good old-fashioned hand-to-hand combat.

A demon named Bazusu transports two cities—Kujukuri City in Chiba Prefecture and Dallas in the United States—ten thousand years into the future, forces them into conflict with each other, and takes pleasure in observing the battle. To put an end to this cruel act, Tanbara Gai, a member of the Time Patrol, steps up to fight the demon.
