Synopsis

In 1983, a fugitive fleeing the police is inexplicably hurled into the year 2050. Stripped of his memories yet gifted with newfound superhuman abilities, he is taken in by the Neo Tokyo Mobile Police Unit to combat the sinister crime syndicate Necrime. Now operating under the name Ryu Urashima, he must decide whether he can dismantle Necrime and uncover a path back to his own era—or remain stranded in the future indefinitely.
