In a world where superhuman abilities known as Quirks are normal, college student Kouichi Haimawari dreams of becoming a hero, looking up to those who protect society. His own Quirk lets him slide at bicycle speeds, but he feels his potential is limited. Wanting to take action outside official channels, he deals with small local issues that licensed heroes and law enforcement ignore. His path crosses with two unconventional people, changing his direction completely. The reckless vigilante Knuckleduster and the social media sensation Pop☆Step give Kouichi a chance to fulfill his hero dreams. When a new drug appears that boosts Quirks and turns ordinary people into sudden threats, Kouichi teams up with his new allies to stop its spread. Together, the unpredictable trio targets criminals who escape justice through legal loopholes.
