Bunny Drop

Synopsis

Following the sudden death of his grandfather, Daikichi Kawachi, a thirty-year-old bachelor with a steady job but little life direction, returns home for the funeral. There, he encounters Rin, a timid young girl revealed to be his grandfather's illegitimate daughter. Met with disdain by the rest of the family, who refuse to take any responsibility for her, Rin is left isolated and unwanted. Outraged by this neglect, Daikichi resolves to raise Rin himself, even though he has no prior experience with parenting. The story chronicles Daikichi's evolution into a father figure as he cares for Rin with kindness and compassion, highlighting the deepening bond and mutual support that grow between them.
