Kaga, Rin
Summary
Rin Kaga is the illegitimate child of manga artist Masako Yoshii and Souichi Kaga, the grandfather of Daikichi. Born on August 4th under the sign of Leo, she is initially depicted as a six-year-old measuring 112 centimeters, later appearing as a 15- or 16-year-old standing 167 centimeters tall. Following Souichi’s death, Masako abandoned Rin to focus on her career, leaving the girl to navigate life largely on her own. This necessity fostered an independence and maturity well beyond her years. Upon moving in with Daikichi, Rin develops a fondness for cooking for him, continuing to handle many of her personal challenges with self-reliance.
