Kacchikenee!

Synopsis

Aiko lives at a shrine where a sliding door has been left only half-painted, a mystery she once dreamed of finishing as a child. Now seventeen, she has no ambitions for the future. One day, a strange man suddenly appears. Aiko's grandfather, the shrine's head priest, offers the man a place to stay, but Aiko strongly objects. Over time, however, she begins to see the man's rough exterior hides a genuine kindness, and she slowly finds herself growing fond of him. But what is his real identity? Kacchikenee! is one of four projects from the Anime Tamago 2016 young animator training program.
