MATASABURO of the Wind

Synopsis

A girl relocates from the city to attend school in the countryside due to changes in her father's employment. Her new classmates keep their distance from her. There is a boy she wants to know more, but she worries about how he might treat her and does not attempt to get closer. She starts to resent rural life and yearns to go back to the city, but then she encounters a genuine wind god. The story captures the fears, kindness, and affection of children in a brief, fleeting fairy tale. Kaze no Matasaburou is one of four Anime Tamago 2016 projects for training young animators.
