This is the debut episode of Candy☆Boy. High school twin sisters Yukino and Kanade Sakurai share a dorm room, enjoying life with their friends and each other. One day, a younger student named Sakuya Kamiyama comes looking for Yukino. Meanwhile, Kanade hears from a friend that Sakuya has long held admiration for Yukino. This seemingly harmless piece of information triggers a series of events that ultimately culminate in Yukino confessing her emotions to her twin sister.

Yukino and Kanade Sakurai are twin sisters sharing a room in their high school dormitory. Though twins, they display an unusually close, almost romantic bond, frequently holding hands and spending time together. When Kanade notices Yukino spending significant time with a new student named Sakuya Kamiyama, she assumes they are dating and begins to withdraw from Yukino. Yukino quickly detects this shift and begs Kanade not to pull away. However, the reality is that Sakuya has only been seeking advice from Yukino, having developed a strong infatuation with Kanade herself.
