Yukino and Kanade Sakurai, twin sisters, star in this DVD-exclusive prequel to the Candy Boy series. They transfer to a new school in bustling Tokyo, only to find that their experiences there are far from what they had anticipated.

This is the debut episode of Candy☆Boy. High school twin sisters Yukino and Kanade Sakurai share a dorm room, enjoying life with their friends and each other. One day, a younger student named Sakuya Kamiyama comes looking for Yukino. Meanwhile, Kanade hears from a friend that Sakuya has long held admiration for Yukino. This seemingly harmless piece of information triggers a series of events that ultimately culminate in Yukino confessing her emotions to her twin sister.
