Synopsis

In "Sugar Sugar Rune," childhood friends Chocolat Meilleure and Vanilla Mieux, both witches, are rivals in a contest to become the next queen of the Magic World. As part of this competition, they must attend a school in the human world where they work to build friendships and earn love from their classmates. However, there is a dangerous rule: any witch who falls in love with a human faces execution. Their journey involves magical transformations, intrigue, envy, and romance, as Chocolat and Vanilla team up with their knights to defend their kingdom from the threatening Ogres, all while striving to prove themselves as the rightful successor to the throne.
