Synopsis
Continues the story of Duel Masters King
The 2020 installment of the Duel Masters anime features Joe Kirifuda, the son of former champion Katta. Joe has a passion for drawing and can animate his creature sketches with the aid of Deckie, a deck case that can talk. When it is revealed that the Kirifuda family holds a hidden treasure scroll connected to 12 legendary cards spanning 4,000 years of history, Joe must safeguard the scroll and collect all 12 cards while others plot to take them.

The Duel Masters anime enters its 2021 season. As Joe begins fifth grade alongside his friends, the formidable duelist Abaku Onifuda announces the "King of Duelmatch," a tournament to determine the world's strongest player. This draws powerful rivals to Joe's city, challenging both him and his companions.
