The sudden appearance of this interdimensional portal trapped both humans and creatures from the other realm within an unbreakable sphere, forcing them to live together. To maintain order and prevent the city's chaos from spreading, the secret organization Libra, composed of eccentrics and superhumans, works tirelessly to ensure stability. Leonardo Watch, who previously lived a normal life as a photographer with his family, undergoes a drastic change when he gains the "All-seeing Eyes of the Gods," an event that costs his sister her sight. Traveling to Hellsalem's Lot to seek answers regarding his new abilities, Leo stumbles upon Libra. After unexpectedly joining their ranks, he finds himself overwhelmed and embarks on a series of adventures with his unusual teammates.
