Synopsis
The TV series centers on the Tachikoma and aired on Animax. In contrast to its forerunner "Tachikoma na Hibi," which served as supplementary content for the main Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and 2nd GIG series, this special edition features extended stories inspired by a variety of Japanese and Orthodox folktales. The collection was subsequently released on a BD box set that contains all the Tachikoma-centric episodes.
