Synopsis
In the usually calm Sanyo household, a new lodger shakes things up: Hattori, a young ninja from Iga, moves in to study at a normal school. He quickly befriends Kenichi Sanyo, a boy his age, and secretly enrolls at the same school, often bringing along his little brother Shinzo, the ninja dog Shishimaru, and Yumeko, Kenichi's girlfriend. Their adventures are constantly menaced by the rival Koga ninja Kemumaki and his wicked cat partner, the Shadow-cat Kagechiyo.
