Synopsis
Continues the story of City Hunter: The Motion Picture
Ryo Saeba, known as the City Hunter, works as a private detective in Tokyo. Along with his partner Kaori Makimura, he is hired by actress Emi Makaze to locate her missing brother. That brother turns out to be "The Professor," a delusional former soldier who intends to destroy the Shinjuku district of Tokyo. Kaori is tasked with protecting Emi, but both become caught up in the Professor's plan. The City Hunter must rescue them while preventing downtown Tokyo from being obliterated.
In this installment
James McGuire's ambition is to become president of Guinam and deliver his people from the military rulers who have held power for so long. But his past is starting to catch up with him, threatening both his political hopes and the safety of the daughter he lost long ago. To protect her, he hires the City Hunter, Ryo Saeba, and his partner Kaori to guard Anna, a Secret Service agent who has been assigned to protect the presidential hopeful herself.
