Synopsis

Continues the story of Perman

Mitsuo came across Superman, an alien belonging to a federation dedicated to maintaining peace throughout the galaxy. He was given a helmet that also functions as a mask, granting superhuman strength; a cape enabling flight; and a badge that allows underwater breathing and communication with fellow comrades he soon encountered after using these items. Superman made it clear to all Permans that their identities must remain secret, or their brains would be destroyed if ever revealed, and each was provided with a special doppelgänger robot that can replace them while they are away to accomplish this, though it is not entirely reliable nor without potential issues. These tools allowed them to become young Permans striving to keep the peace and assist those in need.

Mitsuo's life takes an unexpected turn when he meets Superman, an alien belonging to a galactic federation dedicated to preserving peace across the cosmos. As a result of this encounter, Mitsuo is granted three extraordinary items: a helmet that doubles as a mask and bestows immense superhuman strength, a cape that grants the power of flight, and a badge enabling him to breathe underwater while also serving as a communication device to reach his fellow comrades, whom he encounters shortly after putting these gifts to use. Superman made it unequivocally clear that all Permans must guard their true identities at all costs—if ever exposed, their brains would be destroyed. To facilitate this secrecy, each Permans is provided with a specialized doppelganger robot capable of standing in for them during their absences, though this system is far from flawless and prone to its own complications. Armed with these tools, they operate as young Permans, striving to uphold peace and assist those in need.
