Synopsis

This origin and highlight film reveals how Mitsuo first met the alien who gave him the gear to become a superhero—a backstory never explained in either of the main anime series, which began with Mitsuo already having his powers. The movie also depicts Mitsuo working together with other Permans and features a chaotic battle against the villains. It was released alongside Doraemon Movie 24: Nobita to Fushigi Kaze Tsukai.
