Synopsis
After killing 715 people, most would consider Kuroko Koumori completely insane. Yet by convincing authorities she still possesses her sanity, she escapes the death penalty. Given a second chance as a State-Appointed Executioner, Kuroko teams up with a girl named Hinako Tozakura to track down and eliminate other murderers. Hinako is a carefree young woman who drives Ferraris without regard for traffic laws—or even gravity—and cheerfully calls Kuroko "Kuu-chan." Kuroko, meanwhile, is a lascivious lesbian equipped with razor-sharp instincts and a remarkable talent for killing. The pair seems like the most improbable partners imaginable. But given their gruesome mission to purge the nation of vicious serial killers, it makes perfect sense for executioners to be anything but ordinary.
