Summary
Arisugawa Dice is a member of the Shibuya Division and a gambler who belongs to the group Fling Posse. Born on July 7th, he despises steady, stable lifestyles and treats his life with the same casual risk as his money. Having survived on an extreme streak of good luck since birth, he gambles primarily for the thrill, though he takes hexes and jinxes very seriously. He always carries his lucky dice and bases his decisions on the outcomes of his rolls. Because he constantly wagers away most of his earnings, he is accustomed to living in poverty and deeply treasures anyone kind enough to offer him food.
