Born on February 11 under the Aquarius sign, Soi Fon, whose name is correctly romanized as Suì-Fēng by creator Kubo Tite, stands at 150 cm and weighs 38 kg. She serves as the Captain of Division 2 and Commander of the Onmitsukidō, the Soul Society's special forces known in the English dub as the Punishment Force. Her Zanpakuto is Suzumebachi, which releases with the Shikai command Jinteki Shakusetsu and transforms into the Bankai Jakuho Raikoben. It was not until the "Rukia Rescue" arc that she reconciled with Yoruichi, restoring their friendship. Soi Fon harbors borderline romantic feelings for Yoruichi, a fact highlighted by incidents such as her purchase of photos depicting Yoruichi eating voraciously in revealing clothing. She also holds a personal dislike for Kisuke Urahara due to his close ties with Yoruichi, and frequently punches her lieutenant, Oomaeda, for his stupidity and cowardice.
