Summary
Serving as the Vice President of the Kiyosumi High School student congress, Ichita Naiki steps in to handle the daily operations of the student governing body whenever President Hisa Takei is unavailable. Although he frequently disagrees with Hisa’s laid-back attitude toward her official duties, he remains a loyal supporter of her passion for mahjong, going so far as to arrange a public viewing event for the school’s matches during the national tournament.
