Summary
Following Allen’s recruitment of Arystar, the protagonist encounters Tyki, a man who maintains a dual existence. His "white side" appears as a carefree, Portuguese-descended individual who enjoys playing poker with humans, while his "dark side" is a sadistic Noah descendant driven by a bloodlust. Tyki and his associates trick Arystar into a strip poker match, winning all his possessions until Allen intervenes. Using cheating tactics learned from Cross, Allen wins the game, and Tyki gifts him a deck of cards before departing. Suspicion arises when the group is found with a silver chunk bearing the name Kevin Yeegar, the recently deceased exorcist general. In their next meeting, Allen faces Tyki’s Noah persona. After a conversation, Tyki leaves Allen to die from a heart wound inflicted by Tease, a flesh-eating golem resembling a butterfly, after destroying Allen’s Innocence. Tyki scatters the playing cards over Allen’s body. When Allen realizes his name cannot be erased from the jail cell walls, he joins Jasdero and Debit to seek out Cross. Tyki’s powers allow him to selectively interact with his surroundings, granting him ghost-like intangibility and the ability to walk on air. Offensively, he can phase his hand into opponents to crush or extract organs, such as the heart, without leaving external marks. He can also reject space in a chosen area, creating a vacuum to suffocate foes, as demonstrated during his fight with Allen. Tyki typically coordinates these abilities with Tease golems provided by the Earl of Millennium. These golems can multiply into swarms, form shields, or transform into throwing blades. Tyki is responsible for killing Kevin Yeegar and has personally slain over six other exorcists, including Suman Dark, Tina Spark, Gwen Frere, Sol Galen, Kazanna Reed, Chakar Rabon, and Daisya Barry.
