Summary
Sakuma Manabu is a music critic known for his tendency to use overly poetic language. After witnessing a performance of a Rachmaninoff concerto by Orchestra A, he becomes a devoted supporter of Chiaki’s ambitions. He extends his backing to the Rising Stars orchestra as well. When questioned about his motivation for going to such great lengths to advance Chiaki’s career, Sakuma explained that famous musicians have always been aided by friends who nurture their talents, and he views this supportive role as the one he wishes to fulfill.
