Teekyuu follows the absurd daily life of four schoolgirls who make up the entire membership of their school's tennis club. Kanae Shinjou gets bored easily and frequently defies the laws of physics to get what she wants; Nasuno Takamiya is extremely wealthy and skilled at manipulating situations in her favor; Marimo Bandou engages in behavior that would likely get her arrested, such as eating panties or kidnapping children; and Yuri Oshimoto, their ordinary junior, rounds out this eccentric group. Although they are interested in learning tennis, the older girls prefer to goof off, while Yuri—the only one who actually knows how to play and the most mature despite being younger—has to manage her seniors' uncontrollable antics. When these four girls come together, chaos erupts in this fast-paced comedy about a tennis club that rarely plays tennis.

The first episode adapts the sixteenth manga volume, centering on the clash between Ikki and Ringo. The second episode draws from the twenty-third and twenty-fourth volumes, depicting Kogarasumaru fighting the Sleeping Forest within Inorganic Net.

High school freshman Tarou Yamada is one of those former players. A J. League soccer match unfolds at Touto Stadium when Detective Kogorou Mouri receives a bomb threat and a cryptic riddle from an unknown caller indicating the device's location. Conan Edogawa races to save the spectators before time expires. Thanks to Conan's swift actions and sharp intellect, the explosive is located and detonation is prevented. However, the antagonist remains at large, revealing a second bomb set to detonate at a major city event. However, once rifles using light beams instead of live ammunition became common, the sport opened up to younger people, leading to school-level competitions. First-year high school student Hikari Kokura, who loves marksmanship, transfers to Chidori High School. She tries to join the rifle-shooting club, only to discover it no longer exists because the sport lacks popularity. Disheartened but determined, she works to revive the club and manages to gather three other members: her childhood friend Izumi Shibusawa, the half-Russian Erika Meinohama, and the reserved Yukio Igarashi. Thus begins the Chidori Rifle-Shooting Club, whose sole ambition is to compete on the national stage.

Kaname Okiura attends Prefectoral Umineko Shougyou High, better known as "Umishou," and joined the school's swimming club hoping to learn how to swim. However, the club is full of eccentrics, and none of them can actually teach him. Then a cheerful, carefree girl named Amuro Ninagawa transfers from Okinawa and joins the club. Her astonishing speed underwater and unconventional swimming technique—along with her habit of swimming nude, which naturally attracts the attention of teenage boys—stuns every member. Okiura is especially taken aback because she reminds him of a mermaid-like creature he glimpsed just once in early childhood.

Following their defeat at the hands of Suzuridani Academy, the Keishin Academy girls' basketball team—Tomoka Minato, Maho Misawa, Airi Kashii, Hinata Hakamada, and Saki Nagatsuka, together with their coach Subaru Hasegawa—pour even more time and effort into improving their skills in the sport day after day. However, this time, new rivals whose abilities may surpass theirs, as well as friends, appear on their journey toward the top.
