Synopsis
In the alternate world of Magano, evil contaminants known as Kegare run rampant, requiring exorcists to cleanse them. Renowned exorcist Benio Adashino is called to Tokyo by the Exorcist Union. On her way, she unexpectedly comes across Rokuro Enmadou, a young exorcist troubled by his past. However, the dangers of Magano persist. When a Kegare kidnaps several children, Benio rushes to save them, drawing Rokuro into the fight. On the verge of defeat, Rokuro steps in, demonstrating skills equal to Benio's own. The series Sousei no Onmyouji follows the journey of these two exceptional exorcists, fated to become the "Twin Star Exorcists," prophesied as the parents of the Miko—the reincarnation of Abe no Seimei—who will ultimately rid the world of all impurities.
