Synopsis
Framed as a feverish love dream, 1001 Nights (drawn from Amano’s art book) marks the inaugural entry in the innovative "Filmharmonic" series, a project that pairs fresh orchestral compositions from film composers with short films helmed by top-tier directors. Within the series, Nights holds the distinction of being the sole animated piece, and it was initially conceived to be entirely computer-generated.
