Synopsis
After the passing of Saizou, Kabamaru's incredibly strict grandfather and Iga ninja teacher (sensei), an elderly woman named Ran Ookubo claims she received a letter from him asking her to look after his grandson. So Kabamaru goes with Lady Ookubo to the big city of Tokyo to feast on yakisoba, ramen, and chow mein, and to attend a regular school—which also has its own strange peculiarities.
