Synopsis
After a legendary battle, the Corpse God—a mighty necromancer—is reborn as Polka Shinoyama, a young boy in modern-day Tokyo. Adjusting to his human life proves difficult, especially when he catches the attention of various supernatural groups. One of them is Misaki Sakimiya, a high school student who can see spirits and wants to eliminate him. Determined to find out why he is being targeted, Polka meets Takumi Kuruya, a skilled contractor in espionage and hacking, and Lisa Kuraki, a crime lord from Shinjuku. With these and other unexpected allies, Polka faces dangerous situations as he uncovers the secrets behind his reincarnation and the fate of the world he now lives in.
