Lemmings
Summary
Lemmings, also known as Nezu, serves as a deadly operative and prominent member of the Dragon King's Palace Agency under Takeru Shinoyama. While the people of Shinjuku largely regard him as an urban legend, the organization Comps-3 has established connections between him and numerous crimes, actively pursuing his arrest. For a long time, Lemmings was tormented by the spirits of those he killed, but this changed during his assault at Youtoukorou. During this event, the Corpse God absorbed the majority, if not all, of these souls to restore his magical power. Witnesses equipped with the Evil Eye would have observed that the souls were distorted, reflecting the intense fear and hatred they held for their killer.
