Synopsis
In the seldom-acknowledged domain of Puberty Syndrome, a peculiar condition affecting only adolescents, few accept its reality due to its supernatural qualities. However, for high school student Sakuta Azusagawa, the syndrome is a tangible phenomenon, common among his classmates. Third-year student Mai Sakurajima, once a celebrated child actress whose career abruptly ceased, remains a figure of both renown and enigma. Her reserved demeanor keeps her distant from her peers until Sakuta sees her dressed in a bunny girl outfit in the school library. Despite her unusual clothing, she remains unnoticed by others, revealing her as another sufferer of Puberty Syndrome. As Sakuta tries to help Mai, he comes across other girls also dealing with this mysterious condition.
