Synopsis
Homura Akemi goes to Kamihama City with Madoka Kaname and Sayaka Miki to rescue their friend Mami Tomoe. There, they find a faint hope that magical girls may be able to achieve salvation in that place. But Kamihama City is in chaos because of growing conflict between the Wings of Magius and those who oppose the group's questionable activities. At the same time, Yachiyo Nanami frantically searches for the missing Iroha Tamaki and believes the magical girl organization is responsible for her disappearance. Unexpectedly, Yachiyo gets help from a surprising ally. As unsettling incidents escalate, both existing and new alliances come together to fight against the sinister schemes of the Wings of Magius.
