In the world of Infinite Stratos, Japan developed the IS, a formidable exoskeleton suit that only females are capable of piloting. Due to its overwhelming destructive potential, an international treaty prohibited its deployment in warfare. Fifteen-year-old Ichika Orimura, who miraculously possesses the ability to operate an IS, is compelled to attend the Infinite Stratos Academy, an exclusive all-girls boarding school dedicated to training IS operators. Upon arrival, he reconnects with childhood friends Houki Shinonono and Lingyin Huang while forging a connection with Cecilia Alcott, the representative from the UK. Closely monitored by his older sister and homeroom teacher, Chifuyu Orimura, Ichika and his fellow students must rely on their piloting abilities to defend the school and themselves against the myriad dangers that arise during their eventful school life.

A new semester starts, and Ichika remains unaware of the affections the girls hold for him. Everyone strives to improve their IS piloting skills, but a fresh danger emerges. The covert organization known as Phantom Task makes its move, stealing IS units from across the globe and targeting Byakushiki—while also seeking to settle a personal grudge.

In Hundred, humanity is under assault from the alien entity called the Savage, with the Hundred being the only technology capable of effectively fighting back. Hayato Kisaragi, who survived an encounter with the Savage, has the highest compatibility with this weaponry. As a result, he is enrolled at Little Garden, a prestigious military academy located on a battleship, where he undergoes intense training to improve his skills. During his demanding schedule, Hayato draws the attention of several female classmates and gets involved in various incidents as he battles the Savage, which have taken over Earth and threaten global security.

In a future where humanity is constantly under attack by the invasive alien race known as the Novas, young individuals are equipped with stigmata that grant them extraordinary powers. These empowered fighters, consisting of female Pandoras and male Limiters, are trained at military academies to combat the relentless attacks, called Nova Clashes. Kazuya Aoi begins his journey at the West Genetics military academy on a day marked by a Pandora competition. During this event, Kazuya mistakenly believes that Satellizer el Bridget, a powerful Pandora nicknamed the "Untouchable Queen," is his late sister and impulsively hugs her. Despite costing her the contest, Satellizer notices that Kazuya's touch doesn't repel her, leading her to choose him as her Limiter. As they forge a partnership, they must navigate the challenges posed by their seniors and the ever-present danger of the Novas.

In "Killing Bites," college student Yuuya Nomoto is accidentally pulled into a kidnapping scheme, only to witness his accomplices get killed by Hitomi Uzaki, the high school girl they were meant to abduct. Forced at gunpoint to drive her to a hidden location, Yuuya learns he has become a pawn in a deadly clash between two Therianthropes—genetically engineered human-animal hybrids. Hitomi, using the speed and ferocity of her ratel DNA, swiftly eliminates her rival and spares Yuuya's life. After waking, Yuuya hopes it was all a nightmare, but he soon realizes he is trapped in a secret proxy war among four major Japanese corporations, where the victor will gain significant economic control. Now, as Hitomi's reluctant backer, Yuuya's survival hinges entirely on her involvement in the brutal, hidden battles known as Killing Bites.

In 1939, the Neuroi, a mysterious alien force wielding devastating technology, threatened Earth with extinction. Their invasion obliterated nations and overwhelmed human military capabilities. In response, global powers collaborated to develop the Striker Unit, an advanced device designed to counter Neuroi technology. The young girls who operated these units, known as Witches, became humanity's last hope, harnessing enhanced magical abilities and powerful weaponry beyond the reach of ordinary humans. By 1944, teenager Yoshika Miyafuji joins the 501st Joint Fighter Wing, nicknamed the "Strike Witches." Lacking any formal training, Miyafuji must learn to cooperate with her fellow Witches. Can she gain the skills necessary to stand against the Neuroi and protect humanity?

After the tenth NOVA battle, the Chevalier determines that NOVA attacks are increasing and that their loss of Pandora soldiers is faster than they can produce new ones. In response, they initiate the E-Pandora Project, designed to convert ordinary people into Pandoras. Representatives from Pandoras around the world, including Satellizer, Kazuya, and Rana, are summoned to the Alaskan base to witness this new initiative. But as the project moves forward, suspicions grow, and the gathered Pandoras become more unsettled about its hidden objectives.

Five years ago, Earth came under attack from alien parasites called the "Kiseichuu." These invaders, facing the extinction of their own species, aim to wipe out humanity by destroying human sexual desire, which would lead to the natural end of the human race. In response, the HxEros device was created—a powerful weapon that needs high levels of erotic energy to work properly. Retto Enjou, a high school student with deep hatred for the Kiseichuu, joins a team of HxEros operators dedicated to fighting back and protecting humanity. Since their equipment relies on erotic energy for power, the team must keep their libido levels high to stay ready for battle. With a home full of passionate girls, Enjou has plenty of energy to tap into.

In a post-apocalyptic Japan, the Great Kanto Desert stretches across a barren landscape of sand and ruins, where survival is a daily struggle. As they travel through the Kanto Desert, Sunabouzu meets a strange assortment of individuals, all engaging in violent and perverse behavior in a world already ruined by previous generations. Despite the chaos and moral decay, they appear to take no lessons from the mistakes of those who came before.

Following the conclusion of World War III in 2150, Japan remains in a state of unrest. Across the country, strange zones called "Blackspots" have emerged, contaminated by the hazardous remains of destroyed cities and countryside. People trapped within these areas have undergone changes, gaining various supernatural abilities such as shape-shifting, fire control, or gravity manipulation, leading to them being called "Needless." Adam Blade, who has incredible healing powers and superhuman strength, is one of these Needless. In order to bring peace back to the broken nation, Adam and his allies must unite to fight against the sinister research organization, Simeon.

During the summer vacation, Charlotte hopes to enjoy some personal time with Ichika at his home, but her plans are disrupted when Cecilia also decides to visit. Soon after, Houki, Lingyin, and Laura all show up as well. The following day, Houki assists with her family's shrine for a summer festival and is taken aback to find Ichika there.

In the absence of Ichika Orimura, who is visiting the facilities at Kuramochi Engineering, an unknown enemy breaks into the core systems of the IS Academy, causing widespread chaos. To counter this threat and fix the damage, Ichika's sister, Chifuyu, calls on Ichika's harem: Houki Shinonono, Cecilia Alcott, Huang Lingyin, Laura Bodewig, and Charlotte Dunois. They work together to access the academy's network through virtual reality and face the attackers. Unbeknownst to the girls, a harmful program called "World Purge" activates as soon as they enter the digital world. The software traps them in fabricated realities, each showing an idealized romantic scenario with Ichika. When he returns to the IS Academy, Ichika takes action to rescue the five girls from these virtual fantasies.

In the five years since the Manifestation Engine solved the world's energy crisis on Blue Island, life on nearby Izu Ooshima has been calm for the cheerful Akane Isshiki, her dependable younger sister Momo, and their grandfather Kenjirou, who helped create the engine. But their peaceful days are interrupted by the arrival of the mysterious "Alone," beings determined to destroy the engine. When regular military forces cannot stop the threat, Kenjirou gives Akane a special key that activates the "Vivid System," allowing her to fight. Together with Aoi Futaba, Wakaba Saegusa, and Himawari Shinomiya, Akane and her friends become humanity's last hope against this unexpected danger.

In the war against the Neuroi, an alien force with overwhelming technology that has spread across Europe and Africa, a new combat unit is formed. Known as the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing or the Brave Witches, this group guards the eastern front, flying over the icy landscapes of Orussia to hunt down extraterrestrial enemies. When one of their members is critically injured before arriving at the base and unable to continue fighting, her sister, Hikari Karibuchi, takes her place. Despite not possessing distinctive abilities or strong magic, Hikari aims to earn the respect of her teammates and demonstrate her worth as a Witch.

In "Pandora in the Crimson Shell," Nene Nanakorobi, an energetic full-body cyborg who desires global peace, meets inventor Uzal Delilah aboard a cruise ship heading toward the tranquil Cenancle Island. They quickly become friends with Clarion, a feline combat android who accompanies Uzal. Their bond is tested when terrorists attack the island. To protect Uzal, Nene receives the Pandora Device, originally housed inside Clarion, granting her the ability to instantly master complex skills, though Uzal appears to die in the incident. The pair then carry out various missions, such as rescuing children from burning malls and apprehending criminals, all in pursuit of world peace. Their efforts are further complicated by B.U.E.R., a sentient laser disguised as a deformed teddy bear with unpredictable power and crude behavior, posing a constant danger. Adding to their troubles, Takumi Korobase, Nene’s guardian and a genius inventor, becomes obsessed with obtaining B.U.E.R. As Nene and Clarion strive to protect the Pandora Device from enemies and uphold their idealistic goals, the mounting pressure threatens to break their newly formed partnership.

After defending Romagna and destroying the Neuroi nest over Venezia, Yoshika Miyafuji returns to her hometown in the Empire of Fusou. Despite losing her magical and healing abilities, Yoshika decides to study medicine to support both civilians and those on the frontlines. She accepts an invitation from a prestigious European institution and returns to the war-torn continent. A new threat arises as Neuroi forces begin to penetrate human defenses, invading supposedly safe areas and altering the power dynamics across the continent. Faced with her duty and her inability to operate a Striker Unit, Yoshika must make a decision when her friends are put in danger, compelling her to take action.

In his childhood, Sanpeita Kobayashi formed a strong bond with a close friend who was forced to relocate, promising to reunite as husband and wife after ten years. Now a high school student, Sanpeita still cherishes those memories. One night, he dreams of their final day together, but is abruptly awakened by a strange robotic girl fighting other mechanical creatures in his room, who insists she is his wife. This girl looks remarkably similar to his childhood friend, prompting Sanpeita to wonder about her true identity, the reasons behind her departure, and her connection to the Mishima Electronics Corporation.

After a devastating earthquake caused Tokyo and many parts of the world to sink beneath the sea, Aika works as a salvager, recovering artifacts from the flooded remains. Her normal life changes when she takes on a risky assignment to find and recover the enigmatic Lagu, learning that multiple groups are chasing after the same objective.

In "Re: Cutie Honey," Honey Kisaragi devotes herself to avenging her father's murder at the hands of the mysterious Panther Claw organization. Her father's final message fuels her determination to protect others. Inspector Natsuko Aki, brimming with energy, strives to capture Panther Claw members and bring them to justice. However, the police force is no match for this criminal syndicate, leaving only Cutie Honey—Honey's hidden persona—to oppose them. Though Natsuko initially dismisses vigilantes like Honey, their bond deepens as the resolute detective begins to understand Honey's motives. As time goes on, Honey struggles with her growing thirst for revenge, while Natsuko wrestles with her desire to protect Honey despite her duty to uphold the law. For them to effectively confront the formidable Panther Claw, they must set aside their differences and join forces.

The campaign to launch a new offensive against the Neuroi, mysterious alien invaders, is underway. The main objective is to capture Berlin, the capital of the Empire of Karlsland, a critical step toward eliminating the Neuroi threat in Europe. However, with the Neuroi's capacity to adapt to changing combat situations, the allied forces' current strength and Striker technology might not be enough for a decisive victory. Meanwhile, Yoshika Miyafuji, a Witch from Fuso, is studying medicine in Lausanne. Having recently regained her magical powers after losing them, she is eager to join the fight again. A call to arms brings the scattered members of the 501st Joint Fighter Wing back together for their final push against the enemy.

When an alien force eventually called the "Neuroi" attacks Earth around the 1940s, the world is devastated by destruction. However, one man is able to lead the invention of an anti-Neuroi weapon known as the "Striker unit" which augments magical power and also enables flight through two mechanical lower-leg coverings known as a sort of witches' "broom." Young witches from around the world are gathered together to fight back in a force known as Strike Witches. The inventor, however, was thought to have been killed during service. The daughter of the inventor leads a relatively normal life except for her untrained and incredible magical power which she hopes to use one day in healing. However, she is suddenly whisked away on a search to see if her father is actually alive. She encounters his invention and the possibility of perhaps using it herself.

Set in the time between the conclusion of Operation Mars from the second television series and the 2012 Strike Witches film, the OVA titled Operation Victory Arrow follows the members who have returned to their respective homes. Three 30-minute short stories depict their lives during this period. To mark this new Strike Witches project, special event screenings of these shorts will be held in theaters.

In Cutie Honey Universe, malevolent forces are gaining strength. After Sister Jill turns one of her minions into the monstrous Breast Claw and coordinates a jewelry theft with the Panther Claw gang, Honey Kisaragi departs her Catholic girls' school to fight the danger as Cutie Honey. This situation unfolds precisely as Sister Jill intends, since she covets Honey's Airborne Element Fixing Device, which lets her take on seven distinct forms. At the same time, Sister Jill poses as Inspector Genet, working to gain Honey's trust through a separate approach.
