The OVA series is composed of three volumes, which are bundled with manga volumes 22, 23, and 24. Their specific subtitles and release dates are: Volume 1, titled "code:extra 1,2,3 & Plus 1," released on December 17, 2012; Volume 2, named "code:100 & extra HANAMI & Plus 2," released on February 15, 2013; and Volume 3, labeled "code:4koma Special Theater," released on April 17, 2013.
