Synopsis
By the 21st century, humanity has spread across two planets. After an ice asteroid impact triggered extensive terraforming, Venus became habitable. Earth colonists subdued its harsh environment and prospered for four generations, yet they also imported the darker facets of human nature. Now, Venus is turning hostile once more. Hiro Seno, a reckless motorcycle racer, sees the initial attack on his nation, Aphrodia, launched by its rival, Ishtar. Enemy tanks and aircraft rapidly devastate the city. As the Aphrodian military swiftly mobilizes to counterattack, Hiro, who opposes war, is thrust into frontline combat to survive.
