Synopsis
Graduation is approaching for the original members of the Light Music Club. With only a few weeks of high school left, the girls decide to make the most of their remaining time and organize a trip overseas. Many locations are proposed—Hawaii, New York, Dubai—but with a little guidance from the club's beloved pet turtle, Ton-chan, London is chosen as the destination for their next adventure. Yui Hirasawa, Mio Akiyama, Tsumugi Kotobuki, Ritsu Tainaka, and Azusa Nakano will explore famous sights, perform live music for Londoners, and sample a variety of tasty food, all while stumbling from one place to another in their usual clumsy fashion. However, the fun cannot last forever, as heartfelt songs and farewells await when their high school days come to an end. One thing remains certain, though: the unbreakable bonds these girls have formed will endure long after the final scene fades.
Background
The movie won the Feature Film Award in the 17th Animation Kobe Awards in 2012 and the 2012 Newtype Anime Awards for Best Anime Film.
