Synopsis
After the townspeople flee from the cruel mayor, Bart is left deserted. She recycles trans and makes a wish for her dolls, which are crafted from trash, to come to life. When the mayor learns of this, the mayor resolves to burn both Bart and her dolls. During the struggle, Bart's brother goes missing, and Bart herself becomes a refugee.
